Jordan grew up loving equipment and dreamed of having the ability to run the numerous types of equipment. After graduating, he began working in the road construction industry. Working his way up in the industry, he started as a flagger, laborer and finally an equipment operator. With an educated background in asphalt, equipment, and road work, Jordan created the vision of JW Asphalt. Growing his company has been a family effort as well as having a loyal and committed crew. The company started out as a one man operation and has grown to a team of qualified, hardworking, and dedicated employees. His dream of owning his own company would not have been possible without prayer, God, and the love and support of family.
